Re-mothering is a self-compassion, authenticity, and trauma-informed way of healing relationship with the self and the world.

As a part of re-mothering there are several issues we must address within us. These issues often center around connection with the self, boundaries, self-talk and shame, and addressing trauma’s impact on our capacity for mindfulness. Namely, these issues fit under the umbrella of codependency.

It is safe to say that if you are a self-defined empath or codependent, and you have struggled with Narcissistic Abuse, you will benefit from exploring re-mothering, as the skills and awareness you gain from this work will help you leave and stay away from abusive people.

In an upcoming FREE 10-day online course called, “re-Mothering Masterclass”, I and several other experts in the field of healing and self-help, will discuss these topics related to re-mothering. We also provide helpful advice about how to heal. I am featured speaking on the topic of, “New Perspectives on Codependency”. The clip above is taken directly from our discussion.

Registration is open as of April 23rd, and the course runs from May 6th to 15th.

Feel free to follow this link below to register, or leave a comment with any questions.
