I love how you describe it as a “dark path” and as a “hiccup” experience. I resonate with your descriptions so very much. Owing one’s rage and hatred, and using it for presence and greater awareness, rather than dismissing or shaming oneself for them, is liberating, and definitely helps one go in a forward direction, even if it does have to get messy. But hey, we ARE human, and messiness comes with the territory. We might as well embrace it, because embracing the messiness actually gives us a power to create and curate our life. Much of the population hasn’t yet learned to harness this power, but I believe we are in this process together.
