I agree with going no contact. I think both methods are necessary. Sometimes it becomes easier to block and move on once we have acknowledged and dealt with rage. But, yes, it certainly needs to be processed in the service of moving forward. I would rewrite and add a few things in this article, at this point in my process, for sure.
