You are welcome! I felt it was so necessary to relay that Narcissists can certainly apologize. There is far too many resources out there that paint them as folks who never say sorry!

I am really sorry you were with one of these types of Narcissists. In my opinion, they are the hardest ones to leave and break the cycle with, because they give us such sweetness during the romantic and peaceful stage of the cycle of abuse. I was also with one of them, and it was by far one of the hardest relationships to leave.
