I would recommend a therapist or coach who works with co-dependence, gifted adults, and/or Narcissistic Recovery.

There are also probably people in your area, whom you can meet with in person, who specialize in this. Just do a Google search with the all these terms, “gifted adults” + “Narcissistic recovery” +“Treatment” + “co-dependence” + “(your location)”. This will likely yield practitioners you could work with.
