Dear Survivor,

Many of us often feel humiliated, lonely, and deeply misunderstood after we end a relationship with a Narcissist.

This is due to multiple factors.

Our relationships with friends and family fell apart while with the Narcissist.

We are exhausted and traumatized, and may self-isolate.

We cannot believe what behaviors we rationalized in order to make sure we could be with this person.

And, a really painful one is that our community judges and rejects us for how we have behaved, and for not just leaving the Narcissist for good.

If you are tired of ending up love-bombed, gaslit, discarded, rageful, pummeled, and pining over the Narcissist, perhaps it is time to seek deeper healing?

There comes a time where self-education about Narcissistic Abuse and Narcissism only gets you so far. You need to look at what is underlying the permission you have given the Narcissist to remain in your life to harm you. You also need the right support to heal that deeper wounding.
